JCCC Student Newspaper Wins Second in National Contest

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. ­–  The Campus Ledger, the student newspaper of Johnson County Community College, won second place in the "Best of Show" contest at the National Media Convention Oct. 25-29 in St. Louis.

Single issues from newspapers across the country were judged on both design and content in the on-site contest. The editor of The Campus Ledger is Aaron Whitebread of Lawrence. The adviser is Anne Christiansen-Bulllers.
