Students Cruise to a Career at JCCC

    OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College is hosting a Career Destinations open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, in the Student Center on the west side of campus.

    Career Destinations is designed to help middle school students, high school students and their parents learn about career opportunities. Participants can come and go throughout the day. More than 50 career professionals in business technology, healthcare, science, computer science, animation, game programming, information technology, industrial technology, design, architecture and more will present information and be available for questions and answers. }

    There will also be information on admissions and financial aid, prizes and refreshments. Career Destinations is being held concurrently with Fall Senior Day 2006.
