Section 419: Employee Benefits
It is the intent of the college to comply with all applicable provisions of
the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. BB 2601 et.seq. Under the FMLA,
eligible employees with a minimum of twelve (12) months of service are
entitled to take up to twelve (12) weeks of leave per fiscal year in
certain circumstances for personal and family medical reasons. The leave
is generally unpaid. Details can be obtained by contacting the Office of
Human Resources.
