Where can I get my CavCard or add funds to my CavCard?

You can get a CavCard or add funds to it at:
  • CavCard Online - load/payment center
  • Bookstore/Dining Services Administrative Offices (913) 469-8500 x4537
  • Café Tempo ( Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art)
  • Dining Down Under (COM Lower Level)

Where can I use my CavCard?

The CavCard can be used in:

  • Encore! Espresso (Carlsen Center 1st Floor)

Do I need a new CavCard every year?

CavCards expire one year from the date of issuance and/or reload. Once the expiration date has passed, balances will be subject to a monthly $10.00 maintenance fee.
 

What if my CavCard has been lost, stolen, or damaged?

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards must be reported to (913) 469-8500, x4537 or x3273.  Any remaining balances can be transferred to a new CavCard.  CavCard personnel will give you information on how to receive a replacement card with any existing balance transferred from the lost/stolen/damaged card.  The CavCard office is not responsible for any transactions prior to the card being reported as stolen.
 

Does the CavCard have any fees?

There are no set-up fees, monthly charges, or membership dues. Once the card expires, remaining balances will be subject to a monthly $10.00 maintenance fee.
